FAN COIL UNITS

Fan coil units are typically installed in concealed locations, such as under the bed or inside cabinets, away from visible areas. This is why, most of the time, these units are isolated. Failure to clean both the exterior and interior components, including the fan and ducts up to the exit point, can lead to an increase in mold, posing health risks. If not cleaned regularly, mold can accumulate and potentially damage the fan and unit. Therefore, we recommend cleaning these units at least once a year, and we offer cleaning products for this purpose.

Exhaust ducts are components of a ventilation system designed to remove and expel air, fumes, or pollutants from an enclosed space to the outside environment. These ducts play a crucial role in maintaining indoor air quality, removing contaminants, and regulating temperature.

GRAINDING&PAINTING TANK

Grinding and painting tanks are two essential processes involved in the maintenance, preparation, and protection of tanks used in various industries.The grinding process involves the use of abrasive tools or materials to smooth, shape, or remove imperfections from the surface of a tank.Painting tanks involves applying a protective coating to the surface of a tank to prevent corrosion, enhance durability, and sometimes provide aesthetic improvements.

How do we do it? Most tanks can be treated without the need for extensive sandblasting. Instead, we grind surfaces thoroughly, sand the entire tank, clean it to ensure the absence of dust, sanitize it, and then apply primer and paint. Throughout the painting process, we carefully control each coat, checking the temperature and thickness to ensure compliance with the paint instructions. When applying the final coat, we ensure proper ventilation for a minimum of 7 to 10 days to allow the painted surface to dry effectively.
